By creating an account or using arise4all.eu, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use ARISE

ARISE is intended for job seekers, career counsellors, and employers participating in the Erasmus+ ARISE project. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your profile, including education, work experience, and skills. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant ARISE a limited licence to display it to prospective employers as part of the platform's matching functionality.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the platform for any purpose other than career guidance, employment support, and inclusive hiring.

5. Intellectual property

The ARISE platform, its design, and its underlying technology are the property of the ARISE consortium. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform materials without permission.

6. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

7. Disclaimer

ARISE provides career guidance and matching tools in good faith but does not guarantee employment outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
