ARISE is built on a pedagogical methodology and evidence-based framework developed through extensive desk research and focus groups with career counsellors and employers. This work outlines how to support people with disabilities in career development, identifies labour market trends, skills, and work tasks, and defines the key professional and digital competencies required for employability. The outcome is a structured Inclusive Career Guidance Framework, accompanied by an Educational Resource (OER) and a practical manual for AI-powered career guidance.

An inclusive toolkit that combines assistive technologies, personalised assessments and AI-driven job matching, supporting features such as:

Upskilling Career Counsellors and VET Professionals
ARISE strengthens frontline support through a train-the-trainer guidance counsellor programme, equipping professionals with the skills to use the toolkit, facilitate inclusive coaching, personalised job matching and accessible guidance practices.
Engaging Employers for Inclusive Hiring
ARISE supports employers with practical know-how and resources to improve inclusive recruitment, onboarding and workplace adaptation — enabling more sustainable, long-term integration into the workforce.
